Ingredients
  1. 1) Boneless chicken half Kg (small pieces)
  2. 2) Kashmiri pepper 4 nos(remove the seed from the center and cut into julians)
  3. 3) Garlic cloves 6 nos (julians)
  4. 4) Soya sauce 2 table spoon
  5. 5) Salt according to requirement
  6. 6) Corn flour 1 table spoon
  7. 7) White pepper crushed 1 tea spoon
  8. 8) Chicken cube mixed plain flour 1 table spoon
  9. 9) Onion 2 cubes
  10. 10) Carrot 2 nos (rounded slices)
  11. 11) Sesame oil few drops
  12. 12) Oil 4 table spoon
  13. 13) White vinegar 2 table spoon
  14. 14) Sugar 1 tea spoon
Method
  • 1. First of all spread the piece of chicken at one place and with any heavy knife mash it lightly.
  • 2. Then add garlic cloves, one spoon of Soya sauce, one spoon of vinegar, half spoon white pepper, sugar, salt, half plain flour and leave it for half an hour.
  • 3. At the time of serving add 2 spoon of oil into deep pan and heat it, then add marinated chicken and high the flame and cook the chicken the chicken with stirring then dissolve corn flour into one cup of water and keep the stirring when the sauce becomes viscous turn off the flame.
  • 4.Add all vegetables into a bowl with Soya sauce, vinegar, plain flour and white pepper and mix it.
  • 5. Add them into a large frying pan and serve hot.
