چکن بالس (INGREDIENTS)
  1. آلو ایک پاو
  2. چکن تین سے چار بوٹیان ابیلی ھوئ
  3. کالی مرچ پسی ھوئ ایک چمچ
  4. چائنیز نمک آدھا چمچ
  5. نمک آدھا چمچ
  6. ڈبل روٹی کا چورہ
  7. انڈا ایک عدد
METHOD
  • آلو کو ابال کر اسے میش کرین اس میں کالی مرچ،چائنیز نمک،چکن کے ریشے اور نمک ملا کر بالس بنالیں تیل گرم کریں۔بالس کو انڈے میں ڈپ کریں ڈبلروٹی کا چورہ لگائں اور اسے تیل میں فرائ کریں ھلکی براؤن ھونے پر نکال کر چٹنی یا کیچپ کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
