  1. chicken: pissiy hui kaali mirch 1/2 tbsp namak hazb-e-zarorat pissiy hui lal mirch 1/2 tbsp vegetables: zarorat kay hisab se ban khobi shimla mirch hari piyaaz gajar matar baari hari mirchain 4 ,5 annday 2 mayonnaise ketchup
Method
  • pehly chicken ko achi tarah se dholain. phr is main pissiy hui kaali mirch, namak aur lal mirch daal k thora sa paani daal kay chuleyh mai halki aanch main pakaney rakh dain aur pakney k baad chicken ki bones nikal kay chicken kay achi tarah se reshay karlain. ek piyalay main ban khoobi matsh karlain, pir shimla mirch bareek kaat lain, pir is kay baad hari piyaaz kaat lain, phr bareek gajar bhi kaat lain, phir matar boil kar kay dal dain, phr 4, 5 bari hari mirchain kaat kay dal dain, 2 annday boil kar kay achi tarah chop kar kay daal dain, and then chicken bhi add karlain r pir oper se mayonnise or ketchup dal dain itna daalain kay achi tarah se mixed ho kay gharah ho jay. then slice kay charoo taraf se kaat lain r pir ek silce main ye paste laga kay dosre slice ko oper rakh kar charoon taraf se achi tarah se daba kay band karlain r pir ek anday ko pehaint kay slice k oper nichy lga kay tavey main sekh lain... ye sendwich apka taiyaar,,,...:)
