Ingredients
  1. 2 Boneless Chicken breasts
  2. 2 oz Chopped Butter
  3. Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  4. Mushrooms 2 (chopped)
  5. Flour as required
  6. Eggs 2 (beaten)
  7. Bread crumbs as required
  8. Salt ½ tsp
  9. White pepper ½ tsp
  10. Oil for frying
Method
  • Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
  • Season it with salt and white pepper.
  • Mix the butter with cheddar cheese and mushrooms.
  • Divide the mixture in two and shape them into round balls.
  • Place 1 ball on 1 of the flattened chicken breast and roll it very firmly into a round ball shaped like a bomb.
  • Dredge in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs and dredge in bread crumbs.
  • Dip once again in the beaten eggs then in the bread crumbs.
  • Repeat this coating process at least 4 times, then chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Do the same with the other chicken breast.
  • Deep fry them on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with fries.
