Ingredients:

one and half cup of warm water- two tsp of active dry yeast- one tsp of suger-one tab of olive oil-one tsp of salt-three and half cup of flour-[maida]two tsp corn meal-one cup pizza sause you can make at home-two cups of mozzarella grated cheese-[makes two 12 inches pizzas]
Method:
First make pizza sause cut small cubes chopped red tomatoes and shimla green peppers in small cubes tomatoes two cups and peppers half cup one tsp rose marry and one tsp theme and one tab reguler vinegar.one tsp salt and one tsp black pepper mix them all and cooked for 15 mints at medium flames.set aside.1- Now place 1/4 warm water in a large bowl.Sprinkle yeast over water stir in suger.Let stand for 5 minutes and whisk.Add remaining things water oil and salt.Stir in flour until dough pulls away from side of bowl.2- Turn dough onto lightly floured surface knead until smooth 8 to 10 minutes. coat large bowl with cooking spray place dough in bowl turning to grease top cover loosely with plastic wrap. let rise in warm place until almost double in size about 45 minutes if you put for over night its better .3 -preheat oven to 450 f. thenb punch down dough. coat two 12 inches pizza pans with cooking spray or olive oil and with corm meal.divide dough in half roll dough to fit prepared pans pressed dough against edge to form rim. bake crust for 10 minutes.4.remove crust from oven and top with pizza sauce add the toppings and sprinkles with mozzarella cheese bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese melted .no longer then 25.one tip for better dough rising is when you roll the dough on pans have a rest for half and hour.
