چٹ پٹی چٹنی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. ماش کی دھولی ہوئی دال 2بڑے چمچے
  2. باریک کٹا ہوا ناریل 2چھٹانک
  3. ثبت سرخ مرچ 8عدد
  4. نمک حسب ضرورت
METHOD
  • ان تمام اشیا ء کو توے پر ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر بھو نیں جب یہ سب چیزیں ہلکے سنہری رنگ میں تبدیل ہو جائیں تو انہیں باریک پیس لیں اورمزید نمک اور پانی کا چھینٹا دے کر اور باریک پیس لیں ۔ جب چٹنی تیار ہو جائے تو چاولوں کے ساتھ پھر کسی اور کھانے کے ساتھ کھائیں ۔
