  1. Cabbage (chopped) 1
  2. Peas (boiled) 250 gram
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Onion 1tsp
  5. Fennel seeds 1tsp
  6. Red chillies 5
  7. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  8. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1tsp
  10. Tomatoes 3
  11. Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil ¼ cup
Method
  • • Finally cut and boil tomatoes
  • • Heat oil in a pot; fry mustard seeds and cumins
  • • Add onion and fennel seeds; cook till onion softens.
  • • Add red chillies, turmeric, salt, coriander, red chilli powder and cabbage; fry for 5 minutes
  • • Add tomatoes, peas and fresh coriander; fry for few minutes.
  • • Cook on low flame
  • • Increase flame after 5 minutes and cook till water dries.
  • • Serve tasty bhujiya hot
