براؤن رائس سلاد (INGREDIENTS)
  1. براؤ ن چاول 8اونس
  2. نمک حسب ضرورت
  3. پیاز سبز کٹا ہوا 3عدد
  4. سرخ مرچیں باریک کٹی ہوئی 2عدد
  5. کاجو کٹے ہوئے 2اونس
  6. کشمش 2اونس
  7. سویا ساس 6کھانے کے چمچ
METHOD
  • اُبلتے ہوئے نمکین پانی میں چاولوں کو 45منٹ تک پکائیں پھر نچوڑ کر ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔اس کے بعد پیالے میں نکال کر تمام اجزاء ملا دیں۔
