چن پیس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پک
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
چکن پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سفید مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
سرکہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچ
پیلا رنگ
کشمش۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چوتھائی کپ

METHOD

چاول ابال لیں۔اب ایک پین میں چار کھانے کے چمچ آئل لیں اور اس میں شملہ مرچ ابلی ہوئی چکن پیس نمک اور چکن پاؤڈر سفید مرچ سرکہ کشمش ڈال کر فرائی کریں اور پھر ابلی ہوئی چاول ڈال کر مکس کریں اور پیلا رنگ ڈال کر پانچ منٹ دم دیں۔
