انڈر لیپن (INGREDIENTS)

گوشت کی بوٹیاں کلو
مکھن چار اونس
پیاز کتری ہوئی دو عدد
تیز پات دو عدد
نمک حسب ذائقہ
سیاہ مرچ حسب ذائقہ

METHOD

گوشت کی بوٹیوں کو چپٹا کر لیں اور خوب اچھی طرح دھو کر سیاہ مرچ کے ساتھ پکائیں۔ مکھن کو اچھی طرح پگھلا لیں اور اس کو بوٹیوں میں ڈال کر ان کو تل لیں۔ پھر ان میں تیز پات، کتری ہوئی پیاز اور جائفل ملا دیں۔ پتیلی کو ڈھک کر اس وقت تک پکاتی رہیں جب تک گوشت اچھی طرح بھن نہ جائے۔ بیچ میں تھوڑا تھوڑا سا پانی ڈالتی رہیں۔ جب گوشت گل جائے تو بھون کر اتار لیں۔
