Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless 300 gm
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Cheddar cheese 2 slice
  4. Garlic chopped 4 cloves
  5. Spinach ½ bunch
  6. Milk ½ liter
  7. Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
  8. Pasta ½ packet
  9. Fresh cream ¼ cup
  10. Oregano ½ tsp
  11. Dry basil ½ tsp
  12. White pepper ¼ tsp
  13. Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  14. Flour 3 tbsp
  15. Butter 4 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste
Method
  • Boil ½ packet pasta and keep aside. Add ½ bunch of spinach in boiling water, remove from water, squeeze well and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp basil leaves and 300 gm chicken. Cook on low flame till chicken changes its color. Turn the flame off.
  • Now heat 2 tbsp butter with 2 – 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and 4 cloves of chopped garlic. Fry well till onion soft. Add 3 tbsp flour and ½ liter milk. Cook till thickens. Then add boiled spinach with salt to taste and ¼ tsp white pepper. Mix well.
  • Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese, ½ packet mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup fresh cream and fried chicken. Mix well. Lastly add boiled pasta and mix well. Alfredo pasta is ready to serve.
