Aoa...!!! i hv gone through some questions nd replies here which shows tht MSC (eco.) is a good degree onlf if it is done frm lahore school of economics or LUMS.what is the scope of same degree frm Punjab university.is it worth-considering or nt?? Furthermore,if one has to made choice b/w MSC(eco.) nd MBA,then,one should go for which degree???

Punjab university is not a bad option. If u have done 2 years bachelor degree i.e BA/BSc/B.Com etc do remember you can only take admission in Msc Economics full times in PU as PU-IBA will not give you admission in regular MBA after 2 years bachelor degree. Although you are eligible for MBA(Banking & Finance) which is not recommended. If you compare PU-IBA MBA with Msc Economics then obviously MBA is better option. However, better counselling is possible after knowing complete priorities and preferences. Irrespective all above no degree yet can't guarantee job.
