Dear Sir,
I am in the senior semester of MBA in HRM but I have more than 7 years working experience. In which I have worked for HR, Admin, QA & QC as Administrative support in 3 different Organizations. Currently I am working as HR Officer.
After completion of MBA I want to join a multinational or well known national industry kindly advice me in this regard.

What sort of further advice do you require as your area of field and the current education is matching.
However, further to fine-tune the job performance, you may couple the best practices of HR with the financial revenues, less break-downs, higher job Satisfaction and less employee's turn-over elements. This will enhance your exposure and the need within the organization.
