Sir, I am doing Master of Information Technology and I have also working in Governmnt Department and have 10 years experince. My Master Degree will finsh on 2009. At that time my age will 38 years. My question is that, is it possible for me to get job in private sector? can myage effect on finding a new job. Please guide me what I should do can I discontinue my education or continue.

Well done with your post graduation that is MIT, Keep it continue. Getting education should not in boundries of Age or other factors.
It would be better that you may metion your present job which you are doing since last 10 years.
This will be convenient for making a decission on your present job and field you are studying.
