Aslam-u-Alikum,
I am Accountant, I have got Bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com) and now looking for job in Accounts at an entry level position in a well apparent Company or firm/organization. How I can easily make good above expectations, as now every employers want experienced candidate, is there any solution of this problem.
I will be highly obliged if given me right answer.

Dear Aslam,
B.Com is a good base to enter in any top organization as a trainee it depends on your grading.Go and search top level companies like lever brothers ,Bank Alfalah web sites ans register your self as a trainee .once you enter your self tehn afer some time you will be part of that as a permanent employee.

Dear Aslam,
my advice is that u will go for higher studies. do MBA or M.com then u will get empolyment easily in any organization.and if u r not interesred in higher studies then apply in new banks such as barclays to get experinces or do internship in any audit companies for 2 to 3 years.
