BS & B.Sc Electrical engineering means Bachelor in Science (Electrical), this degree will not recognized by Pakistan Engineering council but BE mean Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical) this degree will recognized by PEC. Actually almost 70 % subjects are the same but differs in the recognition due to the HEC's standards which some universities does not meet. As I m the student of CASE univrersity and they use the term BSc elctrical engineering and this is reocognised from HEC and PEC. But BS Eengineering is not engineering its just bacleor of sciences.....
