Salam, I am glad to become the part of ur web site, very shortly the matter is I am confuse to choose specialization in the Marketing or HR, very bad in finance and have no interest in IT, poor in communication skill, decision making and conviencing power but my friend says that I am girl I would get better opportunity to grow in this field because I am good looking and out spoken, I make relation easily and for me this not the criteria to choose. I am unable to identify my strength and core-competency. For HR I am confident that I can do but for MARKETING I have fear to survive I am not very creative, and hate to be the sales girl which one should go in the starting of the career. But my heart is willing to accept marketing as challenge but my mind is saying HR is better for you. Our university is not good in HR Markitng both. What should I do plz help me.

hey, i shall recommend you to do whatever you want but you should have passion and stamina to work hard. Make sure whatever you choose as profession, make all effort todo it and compete others.
Donot listen up others, i think if you wana do in marketing and you feel you can perferom well i advice you tog a head with starting the name of Allah

as u have written tht u hve 'poor communication skill'
so i suggest you to dont go in Marketing
hardwork is required in every field
HR is also a v.good option so i suggest go 4 it....

U can select other universities for specialization. it is not compulsory to do spzn in the same university. If U have confidence of doing well performance in HR,then start this one.Just pray for urself donot take tension
