I want to know that I have little or no chance of qualifying for DMC or SMC. What I would like to know is what other Medical College can I join that have a good reputation both inside Pakistan and abroad? Also besides MBBS and BDS, what other options are there for me to follow as a career path? Any help will be appreciated.

well friend, yet we still have lot of option if we donot get admision in public sector medical college, we have registered medical private college in pakistan, once college is registered by PMDC then it mean it is registered as DMC or SMC or Agha Khan, so no harm in joining private medical college. As your another question concern, you can choos phyyiotherapy course that is offered by LNH or JINAH and tachnical course recently offered by DMC
