Hi Ayaz,its better for you to do MBA executive after your MBA from virtual with banking and finance as major subject from a reputed university. VU is not widely accepted although it is a public sector university.MBA from good university is in high demands and you are also experience so it will be very easy for you to be called by multinationals organizations as well as by banks . All you need to do is stay determined and confident.good luck
