Asalamualikum i would suggest not to go for either ACCA or BBA you have done inter in pre engineering its better you go for enginnering or BSC in physics maths or other science subjects .BBA and ACCA are getting very common and their demand is decreasing specially to go in ACCA directly you need to be either 21 year old or have to pass 5 papers of CAT so sister just go for any science course in karachi university its economical and valuable.further info about ACCA can be found from www.accaglobal.com
