Question (Total Replies: 9) Sunday, July 25 2010 Samia Ali (Student) Intermediate / A Level I.Com karachi I have given exams in 2010 and waiting for results and I want to job in call center so how should i join and which call center please reply.

There are Domestic and International Call Centers. In domestic you usually have inbound call centers like Telenor's Customer Services and Others aswell, similarly KESC , PIA are known as Domestic Inbound Call Center. To join such call centers you should have good communication skills both in URDU and English aswell. The knowledge of Regional language will be a plus point. Other Then these If you are willing to work in International Call Center, first thing you need to know that these call centers majorly work for US and Canada Clients so there working hours are late in night. Second of all these are majorly Sales Project and Requires good English Communication Skills aswell as good Selling Tactics. These are usually Outbound Call Centers. For \Domestic Inbound you can approach to the websites of your cell phone companies, banks or others. For Outbound International you can visit www.trgworld.com, www.axact.com and there are many others. Weekly Newspaper is a good source to find Call Centers Vacancies. All the Best. There are lots of companies in Pakistan that offers good jobs in Call centers espadrille to young graduates. First thing you need to do is that you have to decide whether you want to join English or Urdu speaking Call center. (Recommended = ENGLISH). your accent should be very good to join any call center. You can get some training or short coerces for that.
