Khalid, I would like to advise you to go for Research side as your background is in Biochemistry. A lot of work is going on in Pakistani Research Institutes like Karachi University and many other. There is also a great demand for researchers of BioChemistry outside country.
I dont think MBA will be beneficial, because your field is purely technical and Pakistan also needs scientists.
