AOA,
Sir i have done my bcom from Punjab university and afterwords i did ccna and ccnp and fully prepared for mcse examinations and ccip examinations but the problem iz after ccnp , its 4 months in a row without job and financial position doesn't allow me to start masters or take these remaining certifications... by the time i m much confused what to do after getting these certifications without having a base of it. I mean i did bcom.. in jobs candidates with bcs get preferred ....... what should i do ... without experience should i apply for abroad or stay here finding job in a very desperate manners... kindly reply me with a suitable advice , suggestion or counseling.....

plz donot worry that you don't have base in computer studies and it is not even must to have CS base for CCNA or CCNP. As far as job is concernced i will suggest you to apply in accounts section where you will be more appriciated as accounts system is more computer oriented in large organisations and people having account+computing studies are appriciated.
You should be very optimistic as you are a valued person to the market. As far as your other problems are concerned, once you will grab some position in professional scenery, you will get furthur options to study ahead or go abroad. Don't worry at all and initiate with BISMILLAH
