Question (Total Replies: 3) Sunday, May 11 2008 S.Dawood Shah (Student) Masters Degree M.B.A. Peshawar My Name is Sayed Dawood Shah and I am from Peshawar. I'm doing M.B.A. from Virtual University of Pakistan. As matter of fact I've to choose specialization field. So, my question is that which field has more scope, demand in the job market and job oriented besides Finance. The other specialization field our university offers is HRM, Management, Marketing and MIS. Hope you’ll guide me to best of your knowledge and show me the way to success and best for career building. Thanks.

After getting your specialization, you have so many fields to search the job as Pharma, textile, FMCG, petroleum, education, NGOs and so many. I advise you that do not choose specialization acorrding to job market but acorrding for your choice and abilities. Marketing is very best field today and tomorrow. It has scope for you. According to job research this field is looking on the top rank. HRM and MIS also have strong job market but marketing is best paying field. Anyhow if you have done graduation in Math/stat/eco/ then you may adopt the following specialization accordance with your interest (All have same scope for job) 1. HRM (Management) 2. Marketing 3.
