Dear Mubashir
There are two things.
I you are highly motivated and have confidence in yourself that you will excel in a very competitive market of aeronautical engineering then you should go for it.
On the other hand if you judge yourself as an average engineering student in future than BE Electronics or Electrical is more better for you. As you will have many opportunities and have less problem in adjusting yourself in job.
I am myself electrical engineer and have worked with aeronautical engineers and doing practical aeronautical engineering presently. So I know what i am saying when i say electronics/ aeronautical/ electrical. I wish you best of luck in your career.
