Dear Counselor,
I have passed a DAE mechanical from Iqra Center for Technical Education Islamabad in 2009. But this institute is not Affiliated from HEC, So that I am worried about my future in this situation what can i do? Please guide me about my future.

Dear Associate Engineer,first of all it is Our responsibility to verify the Institute thoroughly from where we want study. If this Institute is not affiliated with PBTE (Punjab Board of Technical Education,Lahore; not HEC) then it is not a good thing for you in Govt. Sector,however, you may continue to enter the job market early, by Joining Private Sector. Gain some expertise in the Private Sector and then you may continue your B. Tech (Hons.) Studies from Preston or Sarhad or any other University. This will be InshaAllah a better way.

Dear tanveer 1st of all ask your institution from where you have completed this deploma that they should arrange or provide you career guidence 2ndly you have technical education apply to the jobs offered and tell them you can demonstrate your skills practically if they provide with a chance. Recite Surra Yasin on daily basis after fajar prayers inshallah you will succed
