Sir, I am working as a Assistant Manager Inventory Control and I have mover than 05 year experience now I have a need of Business Administration Degree. I am going to Executive MBA program of one year. Is it authentic/valid degree level. Further, I have need to improve my oral (Listening and Speaking) communication, what method I adopt. Kindly suggest/advise.

Normally in MBA programs, Business communication Subject is offer by the university, which are suitable for you.if you want to improve your listening then you could improve through English movies, as well read English news paper, small English stories books for increase your vocabulary, this is also help you for speaking and listening. And for speaking purpose you must talk with other in English mode and try to speak at the front of mirror 10 to 20 minutes daily on diffident topics and when you go anywhere outside then start commentary on"what you see" its also improve your speaking power.
