I have passed my intermediate exam: Pre-Medical group with 73% and I am 19 years of age want to do CA or ACCA kindly guide me which one is better for me for my future career and which institute is better in Karachi.

In my opinion you should do CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. It is a statutory autonomous body established under the Chartered Accountants Ordinance 1961. With the significant growth in the profession.
The head office of the Institute is in Clifton, Karachi. The Institute also has regional offices at Lahore, Islamabad, Multan and Faisalabad. The ICAP is a member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), Confederation of Asian & Pacific Accountants (CAPA) and South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
