یاد رکھنے کو ملاقات کے جگنو لے جا
میں جسے ڈھونڈنے نکلا تھا اسے پا نہ سکا
اب جدھر جی ترا چاہے مجھے خوشبو لے جا
آ ذرا دیر کو اور مجھ سے ملاقات کے بعد
سوچنے کے لیے روشن کوئی پہلو لے جا
حادثے اونچی اڑانوں میں بہت ہوتے ہیں
تجربہ تجھ کو نہیں ہے مرے بازو لے جا
جو بھی اب ہاتھ ملاتا ہے تجھے پوچھتا ہے
آ مرے ہاتھوں سے یہ لمس کی خوشبو لے جا
لوگ اس شہر میں کیا جانے ہوں کیسے کیسے
میرا لہجہ مرے اخلاص کا جادو لے جا
