There's no difference between BS and BE , the thing which matters is Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Accreditation. Before taking admission in any engineering program watch out if the program is accredited by PEC or not. List of accredited universities is available on PEC website i.e pec.org.pk

azmat you should go in BE. because BE (bechlor of engineering) in electronics. and BS (bechlor of science) in electronics.if you want become a engineering than u should go in BE.
