Zarnak Sidhwa's attentions in cooking dawned at an early age; she was instructed in culinary art by a few prominent experts in the associated field. A food devotee, she stepped up into practice by catering from home since 2005 & did extremely well equally in delicious sweet and spicy dishes at the start in her own “Parsi” society and then enlarged her professional knowledge to food preparation for friends and through rumor has developed a niche customers for her. Her sundry cooking capabilities expand from her own traditional Parsi dishes to out of the ordinary desserts and she is uniformly capable in special occasion cakes like Wedding and Christmas cakes.

An enthusiasm to luxuriate in chocolate making, special desserts and a range of cakes remains her advantageously occupied at home, comprising being a permanent mum to two lively boys. Zarnak constantly tests her acquaintance by the inclusion of innovative ingredients in her cooking recipes. Zarnak Sidhwa aims to renew conventional Parsi cuisine with the intention that they can be accepted against a larger surround of food lovers.
