کب کہاں کیا مرے دل دار اٹھا لائیں گے
وصل میں بھی دل بے زار اٹھا لائیں گے
چاہئے کیا تمہیں تحفے میں بتا دو ورنہ
ہم تو بازار کے بازار اٹھا لائیں گے
یوں محبت سے نہ ہم خانہ بدوشوں کو بلا
اتنے سادہ ہیں کہ گھر بار اٹھا لائیں گے
ایک مصرعے سے زیادہ تو نہیں بار وجود
تم پکارو گے تو ہر بار اٹھا لائیں گے
گر کسی جشن مسرت میں چلے بھی جائیں
چن کے آنسو ترے غم خوار اٹھا لائیں گے
کون سا پھول سجے گا ترے جوڑے میں بھلا
اس شش و پنج میں گلزار اٹھا لائیں گے
