■Wash the chicken.
■Marinate the chicken in the mixture of ginger & garlic paste, salt, white pepper, gram masala, Fenugreek leaf powder, coriander and green cardamom powder for 20 minutes.
■Fry basin in the oil then put it in a bowl. Add four egg and cream in it and make its paste.
■Apply this paste on the chicken leg pieces and leave it for 20 minutes.
■After 20 minutes, fry it for 10 to 15 minutes on the grill. Pour butter on the chicken and fry again for 2 – 3 minutes.
■Serve it with salad.
