All people who gave votes to winning team in present elections are answerable to Almighty Allah. A big fraud has been done in the name of elections. Tax evaders and loan defaulters have been elected. 288 Ex-Assembly Members who were majority tax evaders and loan defaulters have been elected and some had fake degrees. Most of them were not qualified as per clause 62, 63, but later all defaulters and fake degree holders were given clean chit by returning officers, election Tribunals, Courts and election commission. Such tribunals also committed dishonesty. They are answerable to God as they imposed corrupt people on the country who have been ruling country in the past. They are never “Sadiq& Amin”. Nawaz Sharif and Maulana Fazal ur Rehman Diesel are most corrupt but they were allowed to take part in elections. Such people have given loss to the country for Rs. 18,000 Billion. In general, we cannot ignore American influence over Pakistan.

Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri delivered his keynote address to the participants of the sit-ins through a video link from his Model Town residence in Lahore. His address was broadcast live in over 300 cities as well as 150 countries of the world in which the Pakistani expatriate community staged sit-ins. Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that it was for the first time in the country’s history that a strong and powerful voice was raised against the current electoral system in the form of these sit-ins organized by PAT. He said that the struggle launched in this manner would continue till the attainment of objective of real change in the country. He said that lines were clearly drawn wherein all political parties were aligned together to protect the status quo, while it was PAT only which was standing alone to demolish the system. He said that corrupt elite would have to be sent packing along with the system, which was responsible for the predicaments the people face today. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the successful sit-ins organized by PAT have laid the foundation-stone for durable change in the country. He said that the current system would not allow any single party to gain majority. He asked the nation to remember that those who were raising the slogan of change would join the forces of status quo and corruption. He said that he never saw such low level campaign. He predicted that there would be marginal change of 5% to 10% faces and families under the system.

International Workers Convention 2013 Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that PAT’s sit-in on May 11 would be a vote against the system of corruption, lawlessness, nepotism, hooliganism and terrorism. He said that it was responsibility of the institutions to decide about eligibility of the candidates contesting elections. Selective judgement on PCO judges Constitution Petition Regarding PCO Judges: The decision of the court in CONSTITUTION PETITION NO. 08 and 09 OF 2009 from 14 member bench headed by Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, summarily removed all justices of higher judiciary who were not part of it as on November 2, 2007. There removal was so ordered on ground that advice of de-jure Chief Justice of Supreme Pakistan was not obtained in these cases. In the same decision the court had held the de-jure Chief Justice between the period of November 3, 2007 and March 22, 2009 was Justice Chaudhry. There were three groups of these removed justices. Those who were elevated to higher courts and initially took oath on PCO. Those who were elevated to higher courts after restoration of constitution, and were appointed by General Pervez Musharraf. This decision have resulted in situation where: Newly appointed justices who never took any sort of oath on any PCO have been removed. Sitting justices who took oath on PCO 2007 are still acting as justices, though their cases are to be sent to Supreme Judicial Council. Sitting justices who accepted reappointed and took oath from Justice Dogar as still acting as justices of court with no action. Justices who took oath on PCO of 1999 are still functioning as justices of higher judiciary. friends pl z welcome to dictatorship because it is better than from democracy and also we have done experience at least there was peace, no target killing, no much inflation, no bloodshed, no many transgressions, no much disgrace and scandal whole around the world of Pakistan which we are still having , no much corruption , department were strong, education was good, big investment from another countries, respect was of Pakistanis in whole around the world, could get visa easily, The Pakistan economy was worth $ 160 billion in 2007, Exports in 2007were worth $18.5 billion, Foreign direct investment in 2007 was $8.5 billion, There are now more than 5,000 Pakistanis doing PhDs in foreign countries on scholarship. 300 Pakistanis receive PhD degrees every year, in 1999, the number was just 20, Pakistan was ranked third in world banking profitability, The economy was the third fastest growing economy after China and India, The literacy rate improved by 11 per cent, A historic 100% increase in tax collection (amounting to Rs1 trillion) was observed, The Karachi stock market went from 700 points to 15,000 points, Mega projects such as the Saindak, Rekodiq, marble production, coal production, mining and quarrying were pursued, The IT industry was valued at around $2 billion, including $1 billion in exports and employed around 90,000 professionals, The telecommunications sector attracted around $10 billion in investments and created over 1.3 million jobs, Nine world class engineering universities were developed and 18 public universities further developed, Gwadar, an advanced sea port, was developed, Large scale manufacturing was at a 30-year high, and construction at a 17-year high, The Institute of Space Technology was established, and many things are her which became possible because of Musharraf GOVERNMENT . This was some of the good Musharraf delivered to Pakistan during his martially-democratic rule from 1999 to 2008. Strange how quickly we forget his foreign policy efforts, which helped elevate the image of Pakistan globally added acceptance value to our green passports. Even the Indians next door were ready to discuss Kashmir for a solution and praised the man for his sincerity, honesty and amicable handling of the issues. Of course, he has the right to tell his opponents, “tameez say baat karo, warna munh toor jawab millayga” and it is true that most of them are keeping quiet since he said this in a recent interview with Express TV... koi ek bhi pakistan ki history me esa president aya ho jis ne is ka 50% bhi work kia ho to batao? jo haq ki bat karega or facts ki wo kabhi bhi musharraf ko negative side per nai paega. i salute to this great personality n my well wishes will always are with him not just for anything but for his good deeds...

Lahore: PAT to play leading role in shaping future of Pakistan, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that time was fast approaching when the corrupt lot that had been eating into vitals of state and society and rendering the foundations of this country would be sent home. He said that institutions were protecting evil and corrupt practices, adding that it would be a sin to cast vote under the present system. PAT not to contest elections under the illegally-constituted ECP: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri Dr Tahirul Qadri has announced that Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) will not contest the upcoming general elections. At the end of his address at a rally in Liaquat Bagh, Rawalpindi, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the PAT would hold peaceful sit-ins at polling stations across the country on the polling day. Dr Qadri further said that the electoral reforms promised to him were not fulfilled, so he was not willing to become part of the current corrupt political system.
