Thai Chicken Red Curry recipe by Gulzar Hussain. This delightful Main Course recipe of Thai Chicken Red Curry can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Chicken with bones 1/2kg
Coconut milk 1cup
Red curry paste                2-3tbsp
Fish sauce 2-3tbsp
Mushrooms 1cup
Lemon leaves 4-5
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Crushed black pepper 1/2tsp
Chopped red chilies 2-3
Basil leaves 10-12
Oil 3-4tbsp
Salt  as required

METHOD

Heat 3-4 tbsps oil in a pan and fry 5-6 cloves of garlic along with ½ kg chicken
When the color of the chicken changes add 2-3 tbsp red curry paste , 2-3tbsp fish sauce , 4-5 lemon leaves , 1/2tsp crushed black pepper,2-3 red chilies 1 cup mushrooms and salt as required
Cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup water and cook until the gravy thickens
Transfer the gravy into a serving dish , garnish with chopped red chilies and basil leaves
