Sheer recipe by Zubaida Tariq. This delightful Ramadan Recipes recipe of Sheer can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Milk 1 liter
Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
Saffron a pinch
Almonds and pistachios as required
Vermicelli 1cup
Condensed milk 1tin
Ghee 1/2cup
Kewra 1tsp
Sugar as required

METHOD

Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the cardamom and saffron.
In a frying pan fry the pistachios and almonds and put them into the milk
Fry the vermicelli and transfer into the milk. Cook until the mixture thickens. Now add the condensed milk and kewra
Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with pistachios and almonds and serve.
