Boil the mixed vegetables. Boil, peel. and mash the potatoes and make into a smooth pulp. Add all the boiled vegetables to the potato pulp. Next, add salt, milk. rice flour and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Spread the dough evenly in a greased. flat, heavy-bottomed vessel and press it lightly with the heel of your palm. Bake in an oven on moderate heat for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle a little rice flour or breadcrumbs, if desired, on the dough before baking. This will form a brown crust. Serve hot.
