Take 1 liter fresh milk and 1 ½ cup sugar in a pan and cook it. in a separate pan, boil the soaked tapioca in a small pan. Boil 1 cup vermicelli and then drain the water and fry them in some clarified butter.
When the milk and sugar is cooked then add in tapioca and vermicelli. Keep on stirring it when all the ingredients are properly mixed together mix in 2 tbsp vanilla custard in some milk and add it in the pan.
Put the pudding in the serving bowl. Add in chopped and fried almonds. Fry soak raisins and add it on the top. Refrigerate it. Serve it cold.
