In a bowl mix together ½ kg flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp yeast, 1
tsp sugar, ¼ cup oil, 1 tbsp dry milk powder, mix well, knead into a soft dough
with lukewarm water as required, let the dough rest in a warm place for 13
minutes, spread dough in a greased 12 inches pizza plate, spread base with ½
cup pizza sauce, top with ½ cup boiled lentil, ½ cup chopped onion, 1 tomato
cut into cubes, 1 capsicum cut into cubes, 3 sliced mushroom and 1 tsp oregano
leaves, spread with both the cheese, bake in a hot oven 200 degree C for 30
minutes. Serve sprinkled with crushed pepper.
