Chicken boneless ½ kg cubesSpring onion bulb 250 gmWooden skewers as requiredSalt and pepper ½ tsp eachOil ¼ cupTeriyakis sauce as required
Marinate boneless cubes with salt and pepper, put on wooden skewers, alternating with bulb of spring onion, grill skewers in ¼ cup oil for 10 to 12 minutes, remove and dip the whole skewers in teriyaki sauce, leave for 2 minutes and serve.
