Chicken Yakitori recipe by Rida Aftab. This delightful Main Course recipe of Chicken Yakitori can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.


Chicken boneless ½ kg cubes
Spring onion bulb 250 gm
Wooden skewers as required
Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
Oil ¼ cup
Teriyakis sauce as required


Marinate boneless cubes with salt and pepper, put on wooden skewers, alternating with bulb of spring onion, grill skewers in ¼ cup oil for 10 to 12 minutes, remove and dip the whole skewers in teriyaki sauce, leave for 2 minutes and serve.
