Boil 100g of rice and keep aside. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry 1 chopped onion,1/2tsp cloves powder and 1tsp oregano. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the boiled rice, 3 boiled and chopped tomatoes and 2tbsp tomato paste. Mix well and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the stove.
In a separate saucepan boil the chicken breasts with water, remove and allow cooling. Then shred the chicken fillet and keep aside. Mix the shredded chicken with the boiled rice Add the grated cheese, along with 3tbsps of fresh c ream.
In a separate bowl mix together 100g flour,100 white flour salt and water .Knead till a smooth dough is formed. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape int0small round balls. Roll out each ball of dough into discs, grease a griddle and cook the rolled out dough until done.
Lay cut out pieces of aluminum foil and place the tortillas on top of each foil. Place a spoonful of the rice mixture on each tortilla, wrap and serve.
