Travel Channel Airlines & Travel Agent

I bought a 5 tickets from them and they charged 17% commission/service charges from me other than taxes. Standard rate of commission is 5-7% but they cheat customers with sweet words and very rude after sale of tickets. How can i mark a complain for their highly expensive ticket prices and for cheating customers. I will never recommend anyone to buy tickets from them.

I suggest never ever buy ticket from travel channel Lahore because I had a very bad experience with them these guys are very un-professional and non cooperative. I lost so much time and amount due to their negligence.

I buy ticket online through your representative Mr.Junaid from Lahore to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Taipei. My flight was on 4th March 2018 but when I reached there the flight from Kuala Lumpur to Taipei flew away therefore I stayed one day in Malaysia. My return ticket was from Taipei to KBI KBI to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Lahore but at airport they didn't give me permission because of two stays in Malaysia and whole story is already in knowledge of Mr. Junaid. I am plunge in Taiwan and my family is worried due to this incident king arrange ticket from Taipei terminal 1 to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Lahore tomorrow at any cost. Your early action will be highly appreciated.

The Islamabad office representative is not a professional guy. I used his service once for International flight and was very disappointed by the service. He charged extra money and also did not arrange book in my desired flight dates. Not recommended for any one.
