the biggest tragedy in our country is that here rules are made but nothing is done for the implementation of the rule, because the people those are responsible for it are corrupt. If we can only control or implement the timing of opening & closing time of all the business, shops, activities in the country then I am sure we don't have to follow this foolish strategy of advancing our watches by 1 hour. start early & go early. This is how we can have progress in all aspects of life, whether it is country, city, family, health, or education. Sleeping & getting up late has become a fashion in our society. This is why even after 62 years of independence, we still remain as developing country, day by day our graph of progress is declining even as a developing country. I hope our nation rulers would get up one day & think about it.

its totally wrong that you claim the govt against time changing its according to the islam so why you said people r not satisfied with that Islam told us getup early in the morning and start your day with sun timing and close it with sun if Govt get strict action against shop keepers and bound them to close their business at time you can save the light that you need and there business profits r not disturb because every house hold products must b sale at requirement bases as SUGAR and FLOUR you see LEAVE TO CLAIM GOVT AND ACCEPT CHANGES THAT CAN CHANGE THE NATIONS.
