It is hereby notified for information of all concerned specially for Heads of
Recognized/Affiliated Secondary Schools that the Practical Examinations of SSC
Part-I and Part-II (Class IX & X) Science and General Group (Regular) Annual
Examination – 2014 are scheduled from 28th April, 2014 to 16th May, 2014 to be
conducted in all Secondary Schools of Karachi Region.
The Practical Examinations of Ex-students will also be conducted in their
respective schools alongwith
Fresh candidates and those candidates who appeared as Additional papers,
Improvement of Grade, Ten papers,
other Board’s their practical will be conducted later.
The Practical material and Programme of Annual Practical Examinations - 2014
will be issued from 24th April, 2014 to 26th April, 2014 to the
Heads/Representatives of Heads of Schools from Examination Store of the Board on
production of Authority Letter as per schedule given below:

The Chairman of the Board desires that the Heads of Schools be coordinate and
extend their assistance in conducting said Practical Examinations in smooth,
transparent and peaceful atmosphere.
All the Heads of Recognized Secondary Schools are therefore advised to make
necessary arrangements in this regard in their schools to provide all required
facilities ensuring that the Laboratories are well equipped with required
instruments/apparatus before conduct of Practical Examinations. The Certified
Journals of Practical of each candidate should be ready and available on the day
of Practical Examinations for Assessment of Head/Additional Head/Deputy Head and
Internal Examiner. The Controller of Examinations/Head Examiner/Additional Head
Examiner/Deputy Head Examiner will pay surprise visits at any time during of
Practical Examinations in the Schools.
