Slovakia PM critically wounded by gunman

Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico has been shot multiple times and critically injured in a politically motivated assassination.The Interior Minister of the country told that Fico was shot by a gunman five times.The shooting occurred after Fico attended a government meeting in Handlova. The prime minister was rushed to a hospital in the town and later transported by helicopter to the city of Banska Bystrica for urgent treatment.
