Vegetarian Roast Recipe By Gulzar Hussain
Vegetarian Roast recipe by Gulzar Hussain. This delightful Main Course recipe of Vegetarian Roast can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
Boiled rice 250g
Mixed veggies 1/2kg
Lemon juice 3tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1tsp
Mustard paste 1tsp
Mozzarella cheese 200G
Salt as required
Finely chopped coriander for garnishing
In a mixing bowl add 250g boiled rice, 1/2kg boiled mixed veggies, 3tbsp lemon juice,2tbsp Worcestershire sauce , 3tbsp vinegar, 1tsp crushed black pepper, salt as required.
Grease an oven tray with 2-3tbsp oil and evenly spread the rice mixture on top.
Garnish with 200g mozzarella cheese and chopped coriander.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes.
