Ingredients
  1. Bananas 4
  2. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  3. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  4. Chili powder 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric 1 tsp
  7. Sugar 1 tsp
  8. Gram flour 1 tbsp
  9. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil 1/4 cup
  12. Oil 2 tbsp
Method
  • Cut bananas in 2 (2) inch size pieces with its skin and bananas should be hard.
  • In a dry pan add all the dry masalas including coriander and gram flour and fry a bit.
  • Add 1 tbsp of oil when it’s been fried and turn off the stove.
  • After turning off the stove add sugar in it and pour it in a plate.
  • Add salt, mix well and let it cool.
  • Now plate cuts in the bananas and fill the mixture in them.
  • Heat 1/4 cup oil and shallow fry them.
  • Serve hot.
