  5. Strawberries 3 chopped
  6. Condensed milk 3/4 cup
  7. Fresh cream Half cup
  8. Full cream Thick Yogurt 1 cup
Method
  • Directions
  • Just beat the cream
  • Cook condensed milk and yogurt for 5 to 7 mins. Let it cool. Fold in the beaten cream.
  • Mix the strawberries...set in an air-tight container.
  • Garnish it and freeze overnight.
  • I made biscuits and butter base...then poured over the icecream mixture to freeze.
  • And it was a great experiment.
  • You can make biscuit base but it is optional.
  • Just 1 pack of favourite biscuits... roll the wih rolling pin and add some melted butter.
  • Set in the container, then add icecream mixture...and feeeze.
  • Yummmmmmmmmm
