Wash and soak ½ kg yellow lentil. Dry it and add it in the1 kg milk and cook. When the lentil is cooked, and the milk dries put it in the blender and grind it. Now take 1 – 1 ½ cup clarified in a pan and sauté 10-12 cardamom seeds. Add in the cooked lentil and cook it till the color changes. Add in 250 gm khoya, grated coconut. When the oil separates dish it out in a serving dish. Garnish it with 1 cup almonds and 1 cup pistachio. Moong ki daal ka halwa is ready to serve.
