Ingredients
  1. Macaroni 500 grams
  2. Oil 4 tablespoons
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Onions cut into 1/2 inch squares2 large
  5. Tinned corn kernels 1/2 cup
  6. Green capsicum cut into 1/2 inch pieces1 medium
  7. Baked beans 150 grams
  8. Tomato ketchup 4 tablespoons
  9. Red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons
  10. Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  11. Cream 1/2 cup
  12. Processed cheese grated2 tablespoons
Method
  • Step 1
  • Heat sufficient water in a non-stick deep pan.
  • Step 2
  • Add half teaspoon oil and a little salt and boil the macaroni till al dente. Drain and refresh. Spread out onto a plate.
  • Step 3
  • Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and add the onions and sauté till translucent. Add the sweet corn and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the capsicum and baked beans and sauté for three to four minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Add the boiled macaroni, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and salt and toss gently. Add the cream and toss gently.
  • Step 5
  • Sprinkle the cheese and serve hot.
